We specialize in catering smaller parties from 10 to150 guests, depending on the style of service, and the complexity of the function. We have menus for Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, Appetizers, Dinner and Dessert.

Guests may choose from our extensive menus which include beef, chicken, pork, lamb, & seafood entrees, plus appropriate side dishes. The host will work with the chefs to create a memorable meal for everyone. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions so that we can prepare and accommodate the specific concern.

Chef William and staff will arrive onsite at your home the day of the event, and they will prepare all the food in your kitchen. Nothing is pre-cooked in an outside facility unless discussed beforehand. We want everything to be as fresh as possible. Every item is hand selected and held to the highest standards. Chef William will search the city’s markets and suppliers to find the best products and ingredients. The first step is the party assessment which can take place over the phone or at the home of the client. During this time the chef will discuss specific event details including the catered party theme, style of service, dietary restrictions, and begin to develop the menu for the function. The assessment also gives us a chance to see the layout of your kitchen.

Next we will propose and finalize the details of the menu, determine how many staff are needed for the event, the amount of time the chefs will need prior to actual service, and any other specific details required to make your party a great success. If we are simply preparing dishes to be served by the host, then we will discuss all heating and holding details with the host and their staff. If we are serving the function then chef will serve the food depending on the style of service required. We will clean up the mess and leave you with a clean kitchen.

What if I am having a private party and only need help cooking? We realize that our chefs are not the only ones who like to cook, and that help with a party often relieves some of the stress for the host. Chef William works so well with others either helping out or giving instruction while preparing, assembling, and replenishing the food.
